Monterrey, Mar (Notimex).- With materials such as recycled paper, plastic bottles and reusable metal, the Mexican entrepreneur Alberto González made a bicycle that supports up to 170 kilograms, with an estimated lifespan of 12 thousand kilometers.
The Mechanical Engineer Administrator (IMA, for short in Spanish), graduated from Tecnológico de Monterrey (Chihuahua), created the GC1 model as an efficient and ecological means of transport.
"I developed a fully recycled kraft paper panel and added plastic parts, reusable metal from the automotive industry, recycled rubber and a recycled-expanded polystyrene-based paint that makes it resistant to moisture", he explained.
The tires, without air, are made of recycled plastic, rubber, and metal.
