Mexico (Notimex) - Mexico's export surplus reached $1 billion in February this year, compared with the $759 million from the same month last year, the country's statistics agency Inegi said.
The figure brings Mexico's total export surplus for the first two months of the year to $3.4 billion.
In terms of imports, Inegi reported a 12.1 percent year-on-year growth in consumer goods, 10.6 percent increase in imports of intermediate use goods and a 20.1 percent growth in imports of capital goods.
