Mexico (Notimex) - A collection of paintings, sculptures, literature, architecture and photography showing Mexico City's history is on show in a catalogue at the Museum of Mexico City.
The catalogue is called "Mexico City: A journey through eight centuries," and aims to showcase the various artistic styles that have evolved throughout the city's history.
Some of the 500 pieces on show include works by Cristóbal de Villalpando, Frida Kahlo, Manuel Tolsá, David Alfaro Siqueiros, José Clemente Orozco and José Guadalupe Posada.
The exhibit will be open until April 1, and has already welcomed some 30,000 visitors.
