Mexico (Notimex) - Mexico's economy will grow 2.4 percent this year, according to a forecast by Spanish bank Santander.
The forecast has a positive outlook for the U.S. economy, which benefits Mexico's non-oil exports.
The report also sees a positive outcome of the renegotiation of the North American Free Trade Agreement, NAFTA.
The bank added that it sees a "soft" political transition for the presidential vote this year, which includes continuity of sound public finances and monetary policy.
