Interjet to launch 37 new routes in 2018 from different airports
Mexico (Notimex) - Mexican low-cost carrier Interjet announced it will launch 37 new routes that will arrive and leave from terminals other than Mexico City's international airport.
The move will result in a growth of up to 25 percent in passenger traffic for the company, said CEO José Luís Garza.
Interjet will also seek to deepen alliances with other airlines, as well as begin to offer Wi-Fi services on its aircraft, Garza added.
Among the airlines that Interjet wants to strengthen ties with are Latam and Lufthansa.
